At Shawn Fine Wine, we strive to ensure every bottle meets our high standards of quality; however, due to legal restrictions regarding alcohol sales, returns are only accepted for defective or corked products within 14 days of purchase.

Examine your bottles upon delivery or pickup to ensure the seals are intact and there is no visible damage to the packaging.
Contact Support
If you encounter a corked or spoiled bottle, email our team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to initiate a claim.
Return the Product
Bring the remaining contents of the bottle and your original receipt to our physical storefront or follow provided instructions for secure shipping.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our sommelier verifies the defect, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit for a replacement.
