What are your shipping policies for wine and spirits?

We ship to select states where legal. All shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.

How do you ensure the quality of the wine during transit?

We use specialized, climate-controlled packaging and avoid shipping during extreme temperature spikes to protect the integrity and flavor profile of your bottles.

Can I return a bottle if I don't like the taste?

While we cannot accept returns based on personal preference, we will replace or refund any bottle that is 'corked' or otherwise flawed. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Yes, customers in the local area can select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout for no additional charge. We also offer local delivery services for qualifying zip codes.
