Distilled in Kure, Hiroshima Prefecture by Miyake Honten, a century-old sake brewery, Setouchi Gin draws its inspiration from the coastal Seto Inland Sea region. It features a blend of regional botanicals, including Setouchi lemon, yuzu, amanatsu (Japanese summer orange), juniper berries, and green tea, all brought together with deep mountain spring water.

The nose is bright with citrus zest, while the palate balances the tangy sweetness of amanatsu with delicate bitterness from green tea and subtle juniper. At 47% ABV, it’s a spectacular, versatile gin with a clean, persistent finish — equally suited to sipping neat or mixing into a crisp, citrus-forward cocktail.
