This is Géza Lenkey’s first skin contact wine, and in true Lenkey fashion it is inimitable and powerful.

14 Days Later is a 2-week skin contact Furmint from Lenkey’s parcel on the historic Vilmány vineyard in Mád, Tokaj. The wine underwent spontaneous fermentation in used 500 L Hungarian oak barrels, and aging on the fine lees for an additional 4.5 years in barrel.

Flavors like chocolate, sweet spices and blood orange dominate on the nose and palate. Structured and full of character. Unfiltered, unfined, with zero sulfur added. Certified organic.
