On the palate you get typical lemon notes, but that's followed by a lime cordial character that coats the mouth, and it is entwined with a powerful minerality which drives the wine and offers an appealing chalky texture.
Sourced from their high altitude Gullyview and Watervale vineyards of grey and red clay limestone. Crushed and destemmed and free run juice only, the juice is fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees in stainless steel for 5 months. Unfined.
