The name of the Vacqueyras rouge changes each year, and is named after the daughters of Serge Férigoule: Floureto, Doucinello, and Azalaïs.
All grapes are harvested by hand, and de-stemmed. Fermentation is natural, in cement cuves with daily pumpovers. The wine is raised for a minimum of 6 months in foudre, and then bottled unfined and unfiltered.
A mixture of deep, dark color with a lightness of touch, rusticity with warmth, and minerality with delicious fresh fruit.
Organic and biodynamic.
