60% Chardonnay, 40% Meunier from the 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 harvests
Powerful aromas of pastry and ripe pear; very refreshing. On the palate, very delicate on the sweetness, then more structured and rich on the finish with slight notes of balanced bitterness for the finish.
Terroir : North-facing Clay-Limestone.
Vinification: Â 50% in 4,000-liter barrels and casks, 50% thermo-regulated stainless steel, all without added sulfites.
Dosage : 0 g/L sugar added to disgorgement.
