58% Grenache, 32% Syrah, 3% Carignan, 3% Cinsault, 2% Mourvèdre, 2% Counoise
This Rhône Villages is blended for maximum drinkability. You’ll find plenty of hedonistic purple-tinged fruit, along with a hint of wild herbs and lovely floral notes akin to lavender and violet.
Produced by Denis Deschamps at Les Vignerons d'Estézargues. The grapes are sourced from the plateau of Signargues on the right bank of the Rhône. The grapes are de-stemmed and undergo spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in concrete tank. Maceration lasts 15 days; the wine is then aged in concrete tank for 10-12 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
