The Defaix Bourgogne blanc has a beautiful aromatic structure, a lot of finesse and a great balance. It is a real “pleasure wine”.
Serve with a plate of sausages and ham, cold cuts, mixed salad or of course “gougères” (another speciality from Bourgogne!).
