The Story
Langhe Arneis, the most typical and traditional white wine of Alba. The Cordero di Montezemolo Langhe Arneis is produced with grapes from various locations with a distinctive character between La Morra, Alba, Guarene and Castagnito.
A perfect mix of different but interconnected expressions of this grape that gives notes of dried chamomile, green apple and ripe peach.
Vinified in stainless steel tanks, it ferments at a low temperature for many weeks and rests on the fine lees until late winter, when it is bottled to brighten our tables a few weeks later.
