This Chardonnay sees no malolactic fermentation and no oak so you get to enjoy the flavor of the grape itself rather than a technique applied to it. This wine is a superbly-crafted, well-balanced wine exhibiting crisp tropical fruit, apple, peach and pear flavors with light floral elements, ending in a finish that goes on and on and on.
